AFTER the tree was pruned, I was informed two major branches were breaking, and the tree was dying. Had I been informed in advance, I would not have pruned the tree!!! There was more than one opportunity for them to tell me. I had to call the consumer protection agency. It was not a good situation.

Their follow up was excellent. They showed up in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. They even called after two years called to check up on their work and see if we needed any work done.

They come out and do free estimates. I think the owner is very knowledgeable and only hires very knowledgeable employees who are very informed about the chemicals they use. They highly evaluate the work they perform before they perform it.

They did a VERY NEAT job and were it not for the pruning of the trees, I would not have known they were even here! The cleanup was incredible and complete. I can not speak to the cost as either fair or expensive, since I do not know what someone else would charge for comparable work. I do know that they are very professional and they have been in charge of my trees for at least five years.
