Chris and workers helped quickly get us repaired for an upcoming trip- Afterwards one line developed a cooling leak several months after installation Owner Chris worked together with us to make situation right. Professional and helpful. Shop is usually very busy a good sign. Chris and his shop stand behind their work and obviously he is a guy proud of his shop and workmanship ! Fair and cooperative - pleased with solution he and partner Tony provided. Truck back on the road and would not hesitate to return for future repairs... VERY HELPFUL & tremendous professional response- although busy with Thanksgiving holiday was able to get car in and back quickly. Work was completed quickly using NAPA parts and brakes are operating like new again. Several other local shops were not able to work us into busy holiday schedule these guys were helpful polite and priced reasonable.

I brought my car in for an inspection. The engine was making an awful metal on metal tap when engine was running under 1500rpm's. I thought I had a collapsed lifter. They knew immediately that it was the internal timing belt. Scheduled maintenance has timing belt replacement at 100,000 miles, and my car has 135,000 miles, so I was already on borrowed time. Water pump has to be removed to change the timing belt, so we elected to change the water pump at the same time. My 02 Chrysler is famous for warping front discs, so while A+ had my car I asked him to change the rotors and pads. During the inspection of the brakes he noted that a front ball joint was bad. I had been told this during a prior inspection, so I asked him to change that as well. I found the cost for the repair to be more than fair for the amount of work that was performed. My car now runs smoothly and stops smoothly. I will continue to use A+ Automotive for all my car repair needs.

First contact with A+ auto was positive. I received a estimate for repairs which I thought was fair. Chris even suggested I check to see if my extended warranty was still in effect, which I did; and it wasn't. When I tried to call back to schedule the repairs anyways, I got no response. After multiple calls (which always went to voice mail), and 3 left messages, I have given up. Very disappointed!

Things went very well. In fact he pulled a vehicle out of the service bay, and pulled mine into the bay.
He (Chris) did the work and gave my van an overall inspection for no charge, too.
I had called several days earlier to make an appointment day/time and get an estimate and as usual I paid exactly what I had been quoted. The work was done at the appointment time and only took a little while and I was off.

I arrived a little before the app't. time and checked in with Jessica at the desk. Before I knew it Chris had my van in the garage (after moving one out to make room), and was working on it. Pretty soon he came in, told Jessica he was done and she told me the exact price I had been given. I paid for the repairs and was on my way with two extremely important new belts.
I can't say enough about these people and their work. They all are first rate!.

I called Jessica(Chris's wife, who handles the desk. It's a three person operation) and got an appointment that fit well with my schedule. I arrived at the scheduled time and he was working on my van very quickly. Prior to making the app't. I had received a 10% discount letter/coupon in the mail, so when I called for the app't. I asked her if I could apply it to the repair price. She said yes and gave me an exact revised price (not an estimate).
I got there at the scheduled time and he was finished pretty quickly (and even gave my van a free inspection, at my request). I paid the exact price I had been told. He told me after the inspection that he recommended that the Serpentine and Power Steering belts should be replaced soon. Again, he gave me a price (not an estimate) for those repairs. Pretty impossible to find someone doing auto repair that is competent, punctual, and above all HONEST. Great experience!.

I called them after seeing them on Angie's List. I set up an appointment which worked very well with my schedule. Chris gave me a price (not an estimate) did the inspection and afterwards told me it only needed one part, but in his experience that two parts should be replaced because the second part usually went bad anyway causing the cost to be more because he would have to do some of the work again when the second part went bad.
He gave me a price (again not an estimate) to replace both parts and that the inspection cost would be part of that price. I told him I couldn't afford to have him do the repairs right then, so I'd have to wait a bit. He said that was OK, call them if/when I was ready. I paid for the inspection and was on my way in a reasonably short time. Very professional, competent, thorough, quick, reasonably priced, and I felt, HONEST as well!. What a refreshing change.

Regular Oil change, I had small leak for past 3 years and system looses 1/4 of refrigerant a year this make difference when compressor is running at hot days. Mike suggested vacuum out whole system and recharge plus add AC sealant in to the system.The sealant activates whenever there is presence of air and seal small leaks. Worth trying special since last past two years dealer put die and did not found any leaks but it did add 1lbs of Freon and another independent garage did the same 1 year later with the same result.

Work preformed was fast the labor cost was little over $100 and parts about $165. Good job,trusted mechanic.

Fast on time service witch I schedule by appointment. Mike recommended replacement rare break pads and rotors. I had original rotors and car has 87000 miles .

The owner's name is Chris and he has done a really good job for the things that I have taken my car in. He knows exactly what he is doing. The first time we interacted was when I needed some air in tire and he took care of it and was very polite about it. He is a master tech and does a good job.
