With Pete's knowledge of home building, this went very well. The project took three days (plus a day a week earlier to drill the 12and quot; holes for the sonotubes and concrete).
Pete and his crew did a great job, and the finished gazebo looks great.

On time, nice work, worked with us in changes and had good suggestions as to what to do and not to do..tidy, cleaned up each day before leaving.

I think that this company took advantage of me because I'm here alone and I'm elderly.

The new company that I had come out stated that they think Warner Construction put the faucet over wood that was already deteriorating. He should have replaced that wood.

The owner would not get up on the ladder , he made his worker do it.

I've been trying to get in contact with this company, and they have been unresponsive.

We started from scratch, Pete came to our house and I had about 4-5 floor plans printed out that I wanted to piece together to customize our home. He was very patient with my inability to make decisions. Building a home can be stressful and Pete always had an answer to all my questions.. My husband is away for work a lot so most of the decision making was on my shoulders, I was a little concerned about not being taken seriously being a women and all but Pete never made me feel that way. He always treated me with respect and I was never talked down to. I felt that I could come to him with any and all questions I had no matter how silly they were. After the plans were drawn up ( which turned out absolutely perfect) we moved on to getting our loan in order! We all know banks can be less than accommodating when it comes to getting stuff done quickly but whatever they needed or asked for Pete would have it ready for us quickly. I felt extremely confident in all of the subcontractors Pete had gotten for our build. Most if not all of them were small business owners and did all of the work themselves. My husband and i felt very strongly about keeping it local, also we wanted people that were actually going to be on the job site, not businesses that were just going to send over employees to do the work for them. I got to meet all of the subs while on the job site which eased any concerns as well. I also am on the site very often watching progress and taking video, I never felt as if they didn't want me there or were annoyed by my presence! I'm not sure how other companies handle this, but there was a lot of work in the house that we wanted to do ourselves and Pete was very respectful of that. He worked with us to make as much of that happen as possible. We are in the finishing stages of our home right now and I have to say I could not be happier with it. If you want someone that knows what he is doing and actually does the work himself Pete is the guy. If we ever have another project to get done we will definitely be calling him again!

Mr. Warner was very helpful during all phases of the construction project starting with some design ideas and his own tricks of the trade during the construction and remodeling process. What I found most useful was Mr. Warner years of experience and his contacts with other specialty subcontractors. This kept my project running smoothly and helped me to complete my project on schedule!!!
