It went pretty much as planned. They helped me work out the details in the fall, then returned to install the heater, air conditioner and new ductwork the following spring right on schedule and budget. I went with the top-of -the-line Lennox unit (quietest) and it's amazing. They also helped set up the Wi-Fi thermostat so we can turn the temperature up and down remotely.

After initial problems with a very high bill for services that were not clearly estimated beforehand, this company has made great efforts in addressing the problems. I initially wrote a scathing review (which was warranted under the circumstances) but I am now restoring my trust in this company because of their reaching out to me, taking responsibility for a sloppy situation, and reducing the bill by a significant amount.
