Showed up at time scheduled and explained everything that was going to be done in detail. The old ductwork was probably from 1945 when the house was built. It was packed with dust and dirt. The guys limited the mess from the dirty ductwork being removed. So glad we decided to replace all of it. Since we live in Sun Prairie and this is our second home we left the key with Eagle Mechanical to check out things when we weren't in Sturgeon Bay. We used Eagle Mechanical when we first bought the house in 2011 to take care of some issues so we trusted them to take care of our house in our absence. The Carrier air conditioner and furnace they recommended works great and is very cost effective. For medical reasons, I need to keep the home at 66 degrees in the summer months. It doesn't take long for the temperature to get to 66 degrees when it's at 74 degrees when we arrive from Sun Prairie.
Anytime we have an issue like a branch got stuck from our maple tree in the air conditioning unit outside, Eagle Mechanical will arrive within the hour from when you call and take care of the problem.

Within 2-1/2 hrs they were here and diagnosed the problem. An hour later they were back with a new pump, wire, etc.

They have done everything from helping us plan a bathroom remodel for this fall, annual service and checkup for air conditioning,, and replaced mixer valve in a shower. The work was done in a timely fashion, and solves all problems we were having. We have never been more pleased with a plumbing contractor.

The alarm on our septic tank went off in July. We called Eagle Mechanical, and an employee was sent within a few days. He was to replace filter, and check the pump. When he began the work, he found the upper part of the chambers and around the pump/filter crumbling. They felt the work could wait until fall when we could better handle the financial burden. We received a follow up call from Jim @ Eagle to schedule the work as promised. The crew arrived on schedule and completed on time.
