Took 8 months. Roger refused to provide written or accurate verbal quote for job. Our initial request was to move existing stone in just one section of our property no more than $5k was what we wanted to spend. Roger convinced us we needed drainage around house. He couldn’t provide us with an estimate, so we said stay under $20k. He assured us he would. We were astounded when the job came to over $39k. Buyer beware! If he doesn’t provide in writing an estimate, do not believe what he verbally agrees with you. It took us over a year to get final bill. Also, his billing is not accurate. So track hours as best you can. He billed us for days and hours not worked.
