I made a call at 8:30 AM and the water heater was replaced and functional at 1:00 PM. Curtis Borkovetz worked hard, secured a discount on the water heater because of a slight dent which occurred during shipping, and cleaned up after himself before he left. It's now an hour later, and the water is hot and ready to use! I couldn't be more pleased!

Bob came promptly when we called him for a estimate.   He showed up when he said he would.  He found the tub I saw on line and got it for less $.  After listening to us he picked out the faucets for the tub and bathroom sink plus the shower that we loved.  He recommended the tile man and worked well with him.  We were very happy with both of them and the finished product.  We would use Bob again.
