The representative on site said that he would like a few large cedars to rebuild his deck and he would bring firwood in exchange. He hauled all of the cedar away even after we called him and told him not to take any more. He said he didn't recall that phone call. He brought some firewood but not equal value for what he took. After he hauled many truck loads of our cedar away he gave us a bill for over $900 of "extra work". Do not make any verbal of hand-shake agreements with this company. He had very selective memory and there is no way for us to recovery what he hauled away. We had to fight the $900 extra bill because we never requested any work outside of the original contract.
