Tim showed up on time, he was very detailed in explaining the bat mitigation process. Once the work was complete he showed us where the one way bat exits were installed.

Great experience having Tim come out. This city girl can sleep tonight. Not only did he find birds in my chimney, he also found bats in my attic. Extremely professional. Came out same day. Would highly recommend.

They came out Labor Day weekend of 2017. We had reached out in late August; they had a busy schedule but got us in a week later. Tim and his wife came out and appeared to have sealed the cabin. All was good for the rest of 2017. Tim said they provide a two year guarantee, so if any bats came back in the Spring to give him a call- he mentioned it is common for them to return. In Spring 2018, we opened the cabin up to find that the bats had returned. We called Tim on the morning of Friday, May 25th, 2018 (Memorial Weekend). We had evidence of bat poop and a live bat in the cabin. He returned the call late Monday afternoon (three days after the initial call, but it was a holiday weekend) after we encountered the live bat again. He said he would come to check things out. A week went by and we didn't hear anything from Tim. I called for an update and sent text messages through Angie's List. No response. In the meantime, because we encountered the bat, we found out our whole family needed to all get Rabies shots for protection. So we went to the ER the following Sunday to get shots. Still no call back or reply from Tim. I sent more messages via phone and text. Finally, on June 5th,2018 (a week and three days after we called him about the bat encounter. He texted back via Angie's list that he had gone to check things out on June 4th, 2018- mind you, he never called to report what he did or didn't do almost a full week after he said he'd go out and re-check. We texted back - thank you. We went back up to the cabin on June 18th, 2018. I emailed Tim late on the 18th because we saw evidence of more bat poop throughout the cabin. I followed up the next morning (the 19th) with a call to Tim and again said there was bat poop and evidence of bats still able to get into the cabin. It is now Friday, June 22nd and we have yet to call, text or email back. I really would love to give them a good review, but I can't. I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and responsiveness. The fact that the bats keep returning, I feel like we can work together to get it resolved. However, to me this review really comes down to customer service and the lack of responsiveness for a customer who has already paid for the service. When Tim says he guarantees his work, I'm skeptical of what he means by that. Even if he's not able to get back to the cabin for a few days or a week, he should give the customer a call. Let us know you got the message and when you'd be able to make it out to the home or cabin. If it comes down to money and the guarantee is truly not a guarantee - be up front. My hope is that Tim can work to resolve this communication issue, so that I'm able to write a very positive review at a later date.

Great! The first people who came (not Bat Evictors) were unsuccessful in ridding the attic of bats; Bat Evictors were a success! They came out a year later to double-check and still no bats! Highly recommend.

The experience was good. He did a lot. I kind of researched it a little before I started because I had heard that people in town don?t really deal well with the bat thing. This guy, that is all he did was bats. I don?t really want pesticides in the house, so this was great. Price ? It?s hard to compare it to anything because I didn?t call up any other people. He was the guy that I had already decided on, but it was reasonable. It was under $200, I think.

I liked that he didn?t have to kill the bats. Actually, there was more than one bat of course. I liked that he didn?t have to use chemicals. I liked that they got out. He got them out before they had babies. It was early enough in the season, he knew all of that. It was great. Then I didn?t have to worry about the parents got out and now they can get back in, then the babies would die in there. He had all that done, it was great. I don?t have anything he could do better. It was really good quality. I haven?t climbed up there, but I haven?t heard anything.

It was great response, he came within the week, within a couple of days, I believe. Punctuality was really great, no problems with that either. He was very professional. He has a warranty with his work, that was 2 years. So, if I have any return in the 2 years, I don?t have to pay anything.

I live in Forest Lake, MN and I rate this company as A+. They were prompt, friendly and professional. Tim's knowledge of bats and the way he explained his plans for removal were detailed. He examined all ports of entry the bats could possibly take to enter my attic, soffits, ridge vents, etc. He and his wife did excellent and thorough work. I highly recommend this company!

We called them back, they came the next day and put some more work in. This return visit was covered through their two year guarantee (which you pay a little extra for). But it is a big house with a lot of possible entry points, so I somewhat expected that it might not be a simple project. We still have to wait a day or two for the bats to leave. I was mainly impressed by the prompt reply to our call and their willingness to work through a problem that requires skill and experience... and I am confident that they will work until we get the problem resolved. I'd recommend them to a friend.

Very pleased. Tim returned my call same day, came out next day to evaluate the problem and within a few days was here when he said he would be to do the work! I had contacted other companys that never returned my phones calls and one did come out, said they'd be back on a certain day and never showed up or called. I am so pleased with The Bat Evictors for being so prompt and the work that they did.

Bat Evictors identified and sealed up the routes bats were using to get into the attic and placed several one way exits so the ones already in the building could leave. We haven't seen or heard any bats since.

Tim of Bat Evictors took care of my bat in the living space issues with prompt and courteous service. He answered all of my questions and gave me a thorough walk-through of his work. He was very knowledgeable about bat behavior and was very reassuring to my bat fears. He showed me the materials he would use before he started the work. He sealed any possible bat access points on my roof, installed new, finer mesh for my fireplace cap, sealed off an unused chimney, and installed one bat exclusion device.

Tim responded quickly to my call and came over that same day in the afternoon. He was very friendly and personable and listened attentively to my assessment of the situation. Tim did a very thorough job of checking out our roof and basement. He concluded that the bats were getting into very small cracks at various places on our roof. After giving me a couple of options as to how to address the problem, he methodically plugged up all the holes. He even checked the roof vents to make sure that the screens were still intact. On top of that, he screened a couple of vents in my chimney to ensure that bats would never get in. I would definitely recommend Tim to my friends and neighbors because he provides prompt, competent service and at a very good price. In addition, he guarantees his work for two years.

I should have written this review years ago. When we bought our house in 1994, we had bats. The first night we spent in our new home, we had one. That summer was horrible - 3 or 4 nights every week, we'd have 1-4 bats. Our cat would knock the out of the air and kill them. I called Bradley Exterminating and they wanted $800 to fix the problem. We couldn't afford that so just put up with it for a few years.
Then, somehow, I found Tim. I could tell by our first conversation that he knew what he was doing. He and his wife came to our house and fixed the problem.
Tim explained that we had a maternal colony living in our house. They filled up all the holes and made the exit doors for the bats. They all flew out that night to feed, and couldn't get back in. No more bats, ever again.

Tim was good to work with and took time to be sure it was done right.  The biggest plus in no more early morning wakeup from the noise.

My experience with The Bat Evictors was flawless.  They responded to my phone call and were able to come out the same day.
Tim is the nicest, most honest guy you could ever hope to meet.
This was my second quote and they blew everyone else out of the water.  The first company wanted 2600 to do the same job the Bat Evictors did for 800.  Not only that, Tim really knows his stuff.  After doing a walk around the house, he immediately saw the problem areas and explained the entire process to me.  It was apparent that if I'd gone with the other company, that I would have been ripped off.  They are nothing but humane to the creatures...which was a concern of mine.
I'd recommend these guys to anyone!!

After receiving an estimate from Adam's Pest Control for 2800 dollars and being charged 128.00 dollars for a 20 minute inspection , we decided to look on Angie's list. We found the Bat Evictor who listened to our description of our bat issues over the phone and quoted us approximately $ 750.00. He came out and did the inspection and work on the same day, no fee for inspection, and also replaced some fascia for free. The Adam's pest control guy said we'd need to hire another company to take care of the fascia and what he claimed was a bird problem also. I'm glad we found the Bat Evictor and would highly recommend if you have a bat problem!

It was a great experience! I called on a Monday night and he was available on Tuesday. (This was the week of Thanksgiving). I met him for 15-20 minutes during my lunch hour and then went back to work. When I returned the job was done and we haven't heard the bats since!

Bat Evictors really did a nice job. We had called them before. And what happened was we had put on a new roof so a lot of the seals had broken and needed to be filled. So they came out and filled them again. Their price was pretty nice too. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer any questions I asked. They did a really thorough job.
