TRUE CONSTRUCTION

Having lost my husband about a year ago I had a fair amount of anxiety in entering into a contract for such extensive work. Joe came highly recommended by two friends who had used him on work in their homes. The quality of his work and his attention to detail is exceptional. He communicates with you every step of the way always checking to make sure you are in agreement with the work he does. He used a number of subcontractors for painting, electrical, tile and plumbing and each of them were as professional as Joe and each of them took great pride in their work. They were timely, friendly and neat. Even in the midst of demolition, they took great care to make sure my home was as useable as possible during the process. Joe made the entire remodel as easy as possible. He is extremely honest and personable and a genuine pleasure to work with. His estimate was right on target and he made sure there were no surprises along the way. I am very pleased with the work that was done and I will absolutely use him again for any additional work that I may need done in the future.

The process was fantastic from start to finish. My experience in Madison with any type of contractors has been difficult. The process with True Construction was what I have come to expect prior to living in Madison...it was professional, accurate, fair and with someone that cares about the quality of their work. It was great to finally find someone who not only wanted to work, but cared about the quality of his work. Great experience! Exceeded my expectations.

He is very thorough and accommodating. He is personable and honest and gets back to you quickly. He has given us referrals that we have had good luck with on other things that he can't handle.
