All faucets leaked after repair.  On one faucet the handles were reinstalled to turn the wrong way. I asked the workman to fix it.  He did not know which way the faucets should turn. Ballcock was not adjusted in toilet tank and toilet ran. Plumber couldn't figure out how to fix utility tub washers so had to replace entire unit. After the first visit four faucets that were repaired leaked or dripped and toilet ran. It took two more visits to get everything but one faucet fixed. On the fourth visit, they charged the 100.00 plumbing fee and the 49.00 truck fee to fix the last leaky faucet. They don't stand behind their work.

Went well, after some initial difficulty playing phone tag, we agreed on a date and time.  On that date at the arranged time, I found him in the yard having already finished the inspection and pumping the septic system.  I retrieved the inspection form and he filled it out as the pumping was happening.  After a half hour and some conversation, the job complete, he packed up his hoses and left.  We were sent an invoice within a week and we mailed a check a few days later.

After seven weeks of trying to schedule a service call to examine a defective drain and hot water service installed a year earlier, provider finally came and replaced the drain and adjusted the hot water service, but refused to accept responsibility for defective installation.

I bought a brand new spec home in Verona built by Trademark Homes in 2005. The poor workmanship on the three toilets that were installed by Dvorak Plumbing (the father) resulted in water and mold damage to my drywall ceilings. The installation required double rings and they only used one which caused the toilets to leak into the subfloor without my knowledge. When I discovered the problem, I called the building inspector who said that this poor workmanship would not have shown up on the home inspection during my new home walk-through. The building inspector said the plumber usually has insurance to cover poor workmanship issues such as this. When I called Mr. Dvorak (the son) at RHD Plumbing and explained the problem, he hung up on me. The bill they sent was $184 and he would not take any responsibilty for the faulty installation, claiming the home was not under warranty any longer. He would not stand behind his company's work even though they had the contract to install all the plumbing in the subdivision's Trademark Homes. I also got nowhere with Trademark Homes. I would not recommend working with this plumber or, for that matter, Trademark Homes in Madison, Wisconsin. I now have to spend an additional amount of money to fix the mold and drywall damage that was caused by this plumber's lack of expertise. Beware!
Response from RHD PLUMBING INC
"In response to this posting: Dvorak Plumbing was owned by Robert H. Dvorak who sold the company in July 2004. It was purchased by 2 people, Larry Haas & Jerry Haut, that put the company into bankruptcy in November 2006. The same Robert H. Dvorak, his father was never in the plumbing business, was asked if he wanted to purchase it back. Assets were purchased & RHD Plumbing was started in December 4, 2006 at the same location. Your new home was not originally plumbed by RHD Plumbing but WAS plumbed by Dvorak Plumbing, which at the time was owned by Larry Haas & Jerry Haut which went bankrupt. I found the file to find your Certificate of Occupancy, the final plumbing inspection was done on January 19, 2005. RHD Plumbing was able to assist you with your repair, but is not responsible for the original installation or warranty. Your $184.00 service call request was August 25, 2008. 3 1/2 years is well past any plumbing company's warranty. Plus, you were given a $54.00 credit and the plumber you speak of has not worked for RHD Plumbing for quite some time."
