I called Miguel for an estimate in the morning; he came by to check it out at 4:30pm that same day; he quoted me a lower price than I expected so we scheduled the work for 7:30am on Friday of the following week. He and his helper arrived right on time and got the job done in less than an hour. Before they left Miguel showed me a placed where they had scratched the flashing and said he'd be back to fix it later that day. He came back at 4pm that day and replaced a whole section of flashing - 8 feet or so. He and his helper were both very friendly and professional. I felt like we got a great deal.

I was impressed that they didn't just replace the gutters and downspouts, but realized that our old configuration didn't work, and changed the location of downspouts to better drain water.
