They did a great job, were timely, knew what they were doing and they were reasonably priced. I would definitely hire them again.

Excellent right from the start. Somebody actually answered the phone when I initially called. Later the same day I spoke directly with Brett. He was able to tell me what to have available when he came. He arrived on time. He did the work efficiently. He cleaned up after himself. Nice guy. I would definitely hire him again and will recommend him to others.

Fixtures were properly installed and re-wiring promptly done. Good service and genial folks.

All completed as bid.

He arrived a few minutes early, it took less time than what he initially thought and he was very pleasant and professional. My new lights look great and I couldn’t be happier with the job he did.

Obviously knowledgable. Able to answer all questions and make cost saving/more efficient suggestions on some of the projects. The owner came out to give me the original estimate. They kept me informed throughout the process. All work was completed in a single day, and they cleaned up before leaving. I found one thing I wasn't sure about after they left, and they came back within a few days to take care of it, without charging me. Would definitely use again.

Brett and his assistant Ben are very helpful people. They got to work immediately, methodically going through the several projects that we had for them. And then they proceeded to diagnose a problem that we had with our fireplace fan -- free of charge. They finished everything in good working order in 2 hours and cleaned up the place as they were leaving. We would certainly call them again for any electrical service problem.

We use No Shorts Electric LLC.  They came out in May.  We were under the impression that they were pricing themselves out because they didn't want to do the work.  When we had discussed pricing on the project all of a sudden it jumped up significantly because there was an apprentice that was with him so we had to pay for both people.  We wished they would have discussed it ahead of time.  It ended up being very expensive but the work was fine and we had a lot of electrical work to get done. 

I tried putting up a light fixture in my bathroom, for some reason couldn't get it to work.  I called quite a few electricians in the area and left messages.  Since it was late on Friday, I figured no one would call me back.  Bret called me at 6pm on Friday and tried to help me
troubleshoot.  By then I was ready for professional help, so he said that he could work me in Monday afternoon.  He gave me a call on Monday morning and said that if I was around he could come earlier.  He showed up at the time he said he would and was able to fix the fixture right away.  He explained to me a few things and encouraged me to try again. I will probably have them install a micro-hood in my kitchen soon.  Bret was really nice and knowledgeable. Thanks to Angie's list I was able to save $10 as well.

Absolutely LOVED the service, the price was great and the service was amazing.  We had No Shorts come back from other work we had done.  We couldnt afford all the work in one year, so they helped us prioritize and work thru the work we needed done.  AMAZING guys to work with us to keep costs down and work with our budget.

Brett showed up right on time (actually, he was there a few minutes early).  I explained the issue I ran into when attempting to replace the switch myself.  Brett proceeded to walk me through the entire task from start to finish.  When he finished replacing the switch, Brett pointed out things I might run into and the best way to do some things in the future as we continue to add additional Insteon devices and also mentioned other options I was not aware of.
Very professional from my initial call up to the moment the job was completed.  Highly recommended!

Brett was on time, professional and quality of work was excellent. The first day he arrived it was raining. Brett was considerate enough to put on shoe booties so the kitchen floor would not get dirty. He originally assessed the problems I was having with the old under cabinet lights and recommended that I have new lights installed since the old ones were not installed properly. The next day he came back with the proper lights. Within an hour he had the lights installed

They were our 2nd lowest bidder.  Both seemed equally qualified. We went with the lowest bid.  Would definitely consider. No Shorts for future work.

The two guys were very professional, prompt and extremely knowledgable. Everything was done meticulously.  Permits were pulled, inspections done and we feel that we got the best possible service and quality workmanship.  The inspector was very satisfied with the work done also.  We are looking forward to working with this company again, as we continue to remodel our house.
