2 years ago I had this company replace my garage door and recently the garage door literally fell apart in front of me when it was opened. The door was still under warranty so I called them back to get it fixed. Despite advertising emergency garage door repair they could not send someone out for 2 days.
When the man arrived he looked at the door and then made an excuse about missing tools and left promising to return that evening. He was a no show that evening and I could not get them to return my phone calls.
I could not wait any longer so I called another company to do the repair. They sent someone out that day and determined that I would need a new spring and a new track, since he did not have those items with him he returned the next day and completed the repair. After the repair was complete the repair man told me that the last garage door installation was done very poorly. Stay away from these people.
