Excellent. Kevin Sorenson did the inspection prior to our arrival. Then he went over the report with us. The report included photos. It was thorough, easy to understand, professionally presented. He spent several hours going through every nook and cranny of the house from basement to roof. He was on the roof, in the attic, tested all electrical outlets, recorded all mechanicals with their brand, type, and date. Nothing was left uninspected. His presentation was unrushed, answered all questions to our satisfaction, made a few suggestions, and overall did an excellent job. His cost was within the normal range for the area and worth every penny. We would recommend his services without question.
