Both of my front tires were leaking. Schierl replaced the stems at no cost, even though I didn't buy the tires there. Plus, they didn't pressure me to purchase other repairs.

Dropped the car off and an hour later when scheduled it was ready.

Thery're very efficient, so you want to get there on time for your appt.; otherwise, they'll start working on someone else's car. That's what happened to me because a previous appt. ran me late. However, they didn't make me wait long before they got me in. They have a nice waiting area w/ a big-screen TV and gourmet coffee. Whereas another big-name service provider in the area makes you purchase 4 tires at a time, Schierl doesn't engage in that kind of nonsense. I was so happy with their service that I took my nephew's vehicle there approx. a month later for 2 snow tires

They were running a special on tires for my vehicle; if I signed up for a credit card, I received an extra $150 off four new tires. Since I hadn't replaced my tires since I purchased the vehicle, as I only had around 55K miles on the car, I knew I needed new tires...especially living in Wisconsin. However, most places charged quite a bit more and had given me various rates on the cost of tires. When this deal came up, the price couldn't be beat and the tires recommended were very good tires as well. I was very impressed with the price, the service, and the product.

Service is just OK. They don't always get the problem fixed the first time.

I had called the store asking if they were able to do a wheel alignment even though I did not have an appointment. They were very polite and said they were able to squeeze one in even though I did not have an appointment and they were only open for 2 more hours. I was thrilled because they were the only place open on Saturdays! He said it would take about an hour and they would call when they were done. We left the store to do some errands and he called to say he was unable to do the alignment because my ball joints were loose. He quoted us to fix them, but because they were unable to do what we had wanted originally it was all free! I was happy to hear they had diagnosed it for free because every other place we had gone to charged us even though they hadn't fixed anything. Once we do the ball joints in the driveway we will gladly go back for another alignment! These guys were awesome!

I have all my service work done here, from oil changes to repairs. They are always friendly, responsive and professional.

They do a really great job of checking over the vehicle and commenting on anything they see that may need attention in the future. Oil and lube are done efficiently. Always appreciate the friendly atmosphere.

They went over my vehicle thoroughly and gave me a fair estimate of the repair costs at no charge.
