Medin Dave Soil Testing Design

Description of Work: Dave appears to work out of his home. He conducted a complete soil test for a septic system on a lot I was in the process of buying. Dave not only excavated the necessary three areas that needed to be inspected, he laid out the location of the various set backs applying to the lot, laid out where the septic tank was to be located, where the septic field was to be located, and the date when he did the necessary excavation, had arranged for a County Zoning Inspector and a Soil Engineer to be present to examine and certify whether the lot would "perk". He later wrote up a full report, diagraming the lot which was submitted to the County Zoning Department to certify the lot was suitable for building and for a normal septic system. The lot is now permanently certified and approved for building with the County. From my first contact with Dave to when the property was tested and approved was a matter of two weeks which proved a life saver as was running out of time in my purchase agreement. Even before I contracted with Dave to do the above work he willing spoke at length with me providing me with much needed information concerning the build-ability of the lot in question and of the area in general. I found him very easy to deal with, VERY knowledgable about soil testing and septic systems in general.
