We called and heard back the same day for an estimate. Spent about thirty minutes with us trying to figure out an inexpensive plan that would also work well in the space. Very nice and courteous. Scheduled work for about a week later. They called day before they were coming to tell us what time. Arrived right on time, worked quickly, swept and even shop-vac after he was done. Charged exactly what the estimate was. Prompt, efficient, fair price and courteous.

My very old furnace was sounding and smelling bad when I came home one everning, and then cut out altogether. MSI responded quickly to my distress call and got it running again, then sent a guy the next day to do a thorough cleaning and tune-up. Apparently it was very dirty. It got through the rest of the winter OK.
