I requested 2 windows and provided dimensions. One fit great, and one was cut too large. I brought back the out-of-spec one to be trimmed. What I received was a window that was too wide on top and cut too narrow on the bottom. I decided it was pointless to bring it back again, and sanded down the top so it would fit. The bottom was a bit narrow, but with strip insulation it fit ok. So one good, one poor (that's how i arrived at a grade of C). I also rated their price as B as I know their prices were lower, but I did not shop around - they were very convenient - so its possible their prices were excellent. However, its a crap shoot whether g & s woodworking will build to spec. I would not recommend them.
