Ernie Feltz did our roof over the summer. We cannot say enough good things about him and his crew! They were EXACTLY on time for the estimate and all the work, and they worked a 12-hour day (in the heat!) to finish because rain was predicted. They were also extremely nice and professional. We will definitely use them in the future!

I think Ernie and his crew had read my mind because the were there exactly when I woke. I was at the door as the drove into my driveway. I met them at the door, a member of the crew explained that they would be removing the old roofing material and installing the new the next day. The crew was good they put plastic sheet around the base of my house, had a dempster up next to my garage, all the tools to do the job. When I came out to check on the progress and to see if the person that was going to help me put the fan in was there , Erne was all ready to open up the roof for the fan. The fan was put in and Ernie done the rest.

Since I work at night and slept during the day the were very good at keeping the noise down.
When I woke that evening the were just getting done and I had gotten a good sleep. In talking to one of the crew, Erne came up to me and pulled me aside to explain that he had found more.
He asked me if I knew when the roof was last reroofed and by who. He said that the roof may be still under warranty and that I may be able to collect money from the manufacturer. He said he had a member of his crew take some pictures and save some of the shingles for me to send in for warranty.
The next day Ernie and his crew came and finished doing the roof. With exception of a few hours of pounding on the roof I was able to sleep during the day. His crew did a fantastic job, my new roof looked great, the fan exhaust, they fixed everything Ernie had said and I had all that I needed to request a warranty from the previous roofing manufacturer. Ernie took care of all the warranty paperwork for his job, exposal of the old material, everything... he even helped me fill out the warranty paperwork from the previous roofing job.
I was able to collect in the end with the warranty payment and the veterans discount down by a considerable amount as that I would still have more than enough to have the other things fixed that Ernie suggested and have some monies left to have a good christmas.
