Property Appraisal
Individual came to the house and quickly walked through it. Asked some questions that I could not answer and told him to ask my husband. He never asked my husband. He was unprofessionally dressed and basically gave me an uneasy feeling. He made inappropriate gender jokes. He was there about 15 minutes and left. There is a home and 2 buildings and 52 acres. The appraisal came back $120,000.00 less than what it was 36 months ago and the housing market is going up since our last appraisal and conveniently he reported the appraisal price what the fair market value was listed last time it was assessed. He compared it to properties in areas that the housing market is low, not close to where we live.
