Technicians were very skilled, but they had 2 test equipment malfunctions that delayed the work, and inadequate measurements at bid time made their job take too long; they had to modify hardware to make up for a poorly written work order. More difficulty came when they called the office to explain site conditions, and the home office worked very hard to bill me $500 more than the contract price, even though I observed no delays due to any fault of mine.

It went very well for me and I would recommend them to anyone.

The whole set was performed very well. One service person worked inside and one worked outside. They were done in timely fashion. We received a follow up call to see how the system was working too! We are very pleased!

My furnace is 20 years old. Some may say it's still new and others may say it's time to replace it. Call it bad luck or a signal that it's getting time to think about replacing the furnace, I had Badger out for three different repairs this winter. Because of the very cold winter we had, timeliness was of the utmost importance. Not only were the technicians prompt, they always had the parts necessary to make the repairs right away, without having to return to the shop. And to top it off, their prices were always reasonable. They will get the nod, if their price are competitive, when it comes time to replace the furnace.

These guys went above and beyond the call of duty. Their motto is to do more than the customer expects. They not only professionally installed my new furnace, they left my basement spotless and did a slight repair on my water heater. I would definitely call them again.

Badger Heating and Air Conditioning inspected the furnaces at a rental we bought and determined that they were defective. They had trouble with the venting and they were inventive about running the venting for these super-efficient furnaces. They had to be cooperative in working with the tenants in the units. They handled the tenants really well. There was a lot of sheet metal work to do. I had already checked out pricing and offered him the job at that price, and he took it. It was competitive with the price from a big box store. This guy did exactly what they said and didn't add anything to the job list. They did exactly what was necessary, were in, done, cleaned up and out again. It is so surprising to get what you want for the price you want and the quality you want.

On 12/25/11 my furnace quit producing heat. The fan still ran but was blowing cold air. On 12/26/11 at 10:00 I called Badger Heating and Cooling based on their reviews on Angies List. They said they would be here by Noon. They arrived by 11:00. He asked me a few pertinent questions, I showed him to the furnace, he removed the back and immediately knew what was wrong. The fitting on a small flexible hose had hardened and broken. He did not have a replacement with him. He did a run-a-round to get me some heat. He left, he returned within 45 minutes and five minutes later the repair was complete. Asked him how much and he said I would get a bill in the mail. Turns out he is the owner and does not usually do repair work any more. He was short staffed that day due to the Holiday and didn't want me to wait to long so he came out himself. Above and beyond. I had previously used a different heating and repair shop. The one that installed and maintained the furnace and air conditioner for the previous owner. I have owned this house for 15 years and the summer of 2010 had a difference of opinion with that company. I will now use Badger to maintain my furnace and air conditioner.

From Badger a service call for heating is 79.00 or 89.00. Same cost for service for a cooling system. If you agree to use their yearly maintenance - the combined maintenance service in one call is 129.00. Service tech. was professional, friendly, thorough and knowledgeable

My furnace stopped working, and our regular person, was out sick. Called Badger and they came out the same day. Representative very courteous. The problem wasn't fixed right away, but they came out again, promptly, and no charge for the service. Would highly recommend this business.

The service technician was able to come to the house in about an hour. He did ask us several questions about what we had tried so far to get it started before he came out. It turns out that our ignitor was cracked. He replaced and tested it and everything has been working great since.
