I have called these guys out 3x for small roof repairs for damaged shingling from wind/storms/winter. Great work, and a good price. Each of my small jobs was 1-2 hundred. Because of my small jobs they gave a window like, sometime this week, or possibly the next day. They came and repaired what I asked and sent me a bill later. Very Happy. These are my roofing guys! Needed a new roof in November! We had used Albion earlier that year for a patch job and they had been very responsive to our minimal cost request (no other roofer would come out since we only needed a small, cheap-type job and weren't intersted in a new roof).  They did a wonderful job and were very quick to visit for our patch job. They were also very upfront and honest about the condition of our roof with no push or pressure to replace the roof. When we realized we really did need a new roof, we called them first. They were able to come out the same week we called and managed to get the whole roof done in a couple of days and not a minute too soon (a couple days after they finished the job, we had a lot of rain with no leaks!). They took care of everything! They obtained all the necessary permits and materials and cleaned up very well when they were all done. They even arranged for gutters to be placed (after asking us, of course, if we wanted gutters), saving us having to try to find someone to come and do that part.

I called and explained the work that I needed to have done, the contractor said he would stop by 'tomorrow' around 10 or 11, and never showed. Never called to notify me that he wasn't going to provide an estimate.

I called Albion and Charles called me back ASAP. He came right away to give me a quote and was prompt in arriving to repair the damage--less than a week between call and repair.    I am well pleased with the service and the workmanship--they are professionals.
