Jay was a great guy to work with, very quick responses to phone calls and emails and easy to talk to. During the home inspection itself he was as thorough as any inspector should be but the main difference is he explained a lot of things he saw along the way then explain his professional opinion and then his personal opinion. Lots of little things come up on an inspection report but they are not all deal killers and he did a great job of letting us know the difference. He also explained how easy a lot of the issues are to fix and we could do it ourselves. We also had him do the radon the day before and that was taken care of without us needing to be present. He also showed up early and got the roof inspection done since there was no need for us to be there for that part. He was a pleasure to work with, very intelligent and knowledgeable of homes and we learned a great deal in the few hours we were with him. I can not recommend him enough.

Provider was easily reachable to schedule a home inspection appointment in a timely manner.  He was prompt for our appointment.  He was very thorough and I thought he provided a very detailed report of the inspection.  I would use him again and recommend his services.
