The whole process went very smooth. It is nice to be able to have security in our home from a local family owned company who really cares about our families security. We were surprised by how affordable the system was, and the monthly monitoring is only $18. A huge bonus is that there was no contract to sign. We have been very pleased with the level of service, and professionalism with this company.

Went very well. The installer was profesional, courteous, and punctual. CLeaned up after himself. Gave a tutorial on the new system. Had a sensor break two weeks after install. Called CWS and they had a technician at my house within two hours durng a weekday. Work covered under warranty. The tech that came to home was different than installer but as friendly, accomodating, and knowledgeable. I shopped around loking at about 4 other companies. After doing research the initial install price was more, monthly fee was less, and there was no contract. Monitoring occurs in Austin MN, when compared to alot of the and quot;chainsand quot; they outsource their monitoring out of the state.
