I was in a weather related accident on Apr 21. I called Southside on Apr 22 and asked if they would look over the vehicle to determine if it was safe for me to drive or not. I was able to get into the shop that afternoon. They spent 30 mins looking at it and came back and told me they don't recommend I drive it because a chunk of metal was missing from the wheel which could lead to blowing the tire. During that week I had also contacted my insurance and an auto body shop to get the work started on repairing my vehicle. Southside worked with the auto body shop in getting my vehicle over to their shop to start the repair. I highly recommend both shops to anyone who asks.

They automatically do a 10-point check and they let me know my tires weren't inflated properly and took care of the problem. I always use these guys for anything wrong with my vehicle. Some places will belittle a woman when they come in trying to explain what is wrong to the service people but they don't really understand the problem the woman is trying to convey. But the guys at Southside are completely different. I feel very comfortable dealing with this shop and will always recommend them when anyone asks for my opinion.
