There is still some detail work to be completed. The contractor has not been out or contacted me after full payment. The work was to be brushed on stain but was instead sprayed. The results from my experience it will not last as long because the product was not worked into wood surface. I am considering my next course of action because the contractor has done no follow up. I

"The detail work, area's around the windows and the complete west side of the cabin facing the lake were all done with a brush, with photos showing the work being done. Spraying took place only in the larger, open spaces. Some area's needed to be gone over 4 or 5 times to make sure we could get good coverage over the faded area's. The owner also didn't send out the final payment when he had said he did and then became offended when we called him on it. We have the emails and post marked envelope as proof. Also, the date on this website listing August 12 as a finish date is incorrect. We started August 19 and finished August 22 as requested by the client. The client also requested a certain type of stain which we had to travel 150 miles round trip to obtain. There were never any complaints about the project until we threatened to take action if final payment wasn't received. We have plenty of photo's, emails and documentation to back everything up and have never had a complaint in 7 years of being in business."
