He is very meticulous and precise.  He listens well and makes recommendations for the overall improvement of the project.  He did some of the work while we were out of town and he provided pictures, on-line, of the progress of the work.  We recently had company who are realtors.  When we showed them the remodeled bathroom, they were very impressed by the clean, straight caulking around the counter top and shower as well as the quality of the floor tile and grouting.  He also continually cleans up after himself at the end of the day.  We will definitely use John again for future projects.
