Called several times and Jake finally called back and scheduled a time to come look at it. Told me it would cost $100-$150 to fix it and he'd have someone come over within a week to fix it. Well, 3 phone calls and 3 weeks later it finally got fixed. He sent me a text to tell me it was done. Then I received the invoice and it was for OVER $300!!!

Jason was able to reschedule an existing customer who also needed well repair that day...a Saturday... in order to restore a working water supply to the eight different residences served by the community well.

so I called Jason about when he could winterize my home late 1 afternoon. Jason's response was what are you doing now. I was impressed with his concern to get the job done. We meet at the house. The temp was well below Zero. Which was no fun ( for me ) when it was time to pull the well. Jason has done this may time in all weather so it was no problem for him. Job done and time to go home.
