The home construction went very smoothly. There were only a few minor areas of concern (as there always are during a construction project) and they were immediately addressed to our satisfaction. The project started on time and finished on time - and on budget. Working with DKP offered awesome flexibility and we were able to customize our entire home - from the floor plan to the windows to the fixtures and door knobs! We did not have to select a "base" floorplan and upgrade options which was really wonderful. It was also beneficial to work with a contractor that lived in the area and used all local contractors.
