 + -1 moreThe home construction went very smoothly. There were only a few minor areas of concern (as there always are during a construction project) and they were immediately addressed to our satisfaction. The project started on time and finished on time - and on budget. Working with DKP offered awesome flexibility and we were able to customize our entire home - from the floor plan to the windows to the fixtures and door knobs! We did not have to select a "base" floorplan and upgrade options which was really wonderful. It was also beneficial to work with a contractor that lived in the area and used all local contractors.
Description of Work: DKP was the general contractor for our new home construction. Dennis was very attentive to our needs and we were very satisfied with the price and quality of our home. His contractors were wonderful to work with and we were also pleased with their timeliness and skills. When we had a question or concern the issue was immediately addressed by Dennis himself. He was direct and polite.
