My wife and I recently retired and wanted to buy a new vehicle for our snowbird trips south. We were conflicted on what type vehicle to buy. We have a Buick Lucerne, a large sedan with a great big trunk but they don't make them anymore. Our research narrowed our choices to the 2014 Impala, very highly rated with a large trunk and the 2014 Enclave consumers reports best buy and large flexible cargo area . Brenengen's offers both and we decided on the Enclave but it was a hard decision. Brenengen's sales staff answered all our questions, photos, provided side by side comparisons, test drives and finally offered to order the exact configuration we wanted without any commitment to buy. It came in, we bought it and we love it. They offer Tru Discount pricing which we compared to other dealers and they were over a thousand dollars cheaper.

ve purchase threeWe had an issue with the driver seat side cover coming off the seat. I stop by Brenengen's in Sparta Wisconsin and talk to Cathy about this issue. She said not a problem when would I like to bring it in. I dropped the vehicle off at 10:00 and it was completed and return to me in less than two hours at no cost. I have purchased three vehicle for the Brenengen's and have been VERY with deal, the follow up and service. I tell everyone that's looking for a vehicle or when their vehicle requires service to see them. I just wish they could service my motorhome.

It went good, but labor was high

They have always been good about telling me how long the work would take. They had to keep my car overnight due to ordering a part. They gave me a loaner car. I think their prices are a little high.

Returned from a vacation to find my Chevrolet Equinox would not start. Thought the battery was dead, but even trying to jump it would not turn over the engine. Since I had regularly serviced my Equinox at Brenengen's in the past, I called that morning and looked for help. Heidi was helpful and recommended and quot;Iand quot; make a call to their preferred towing service to have the vehicle brought into the shop. I would have expected that this administrative detail would have been handled by the Service Department directly. Heidi said that my vehicle should be able to be worked on the next day once it had arrived. I called the towing company myself as instructed, but to no avail; no answer or voice mail was provided. I called Heidi back at the Service Department and informed her that her recommended towing agency was not responding. As I had expected, Heidi stated she would have them contacted and have the vehicle picked up shortly. I was very happy to find she was successful and had it towed within an hour of my call.
Waiting until late the following day, expecting that I would have received a call explaining my vehicle problem and looking for my confirmation to perform the work, I had to make the call to Brenengen myself. After calling and getting voicemail, I called the Sales Department and asked that they find a Service assistant to give me an update on my vehicle. They found someone, but told me I had to hold until she was available. After five minutes on hold, they clearly were understaffed, Heidi came on the line; I asked for an update to my vehicle. Heidi looked it up and stated that they had indeed looked at the vehicle earlier and found the battery had a and quot;shortand quot; in it and would have to be replaced. She offered me a few options and I had to settle on one that was unexpectedly expensive but unfortunately with no other options, necessary. With the cost of towing it would be well over $400 for just a battery replacement. The vehicle would be ready the next day after the battery arrived. Finally on Thursday, with again receiving no call, I called the Service Department again to determine the status of my car. I was told the vehicle was ready and the final cost of the vehicle. Well over $400...I pleasantly thanked them for a $400 battery. Upon arriving to pick up the car, Chris was the only Service attendant ; clearly understaffed as there were no less than 4-5 customers waiting. After waiting a bit, I was finally able to pay the bill....I received a $100 discount for my concern early in the day as to the cost of the battery. Gee, thanks Brenengen....I appreciate the discount and the $300 battery.

Was at lunch and scheduled service by phone at 2 pm. Easy access and service to any vehicle.
