Great work

The provider:

- Showed up on time.

- Was very careful about where the tree branches fell.

- Seemed very knowledgeable about the tree business.

We have been trying to find someone to perform this work for over a year. We have left messages at several services and never received a response. A couple services called back and then never provided estimates. One actually gave us an estimate over the phone. We called back two hours later and left a message asking that the work be scheduled. We never received a return call, even after an additional follow up call. We actually saw Bechtel's sign in front of a project and figured we had nothing to lose by calling him. He returned our call the evening we called him. Within a day or two, he provided an estimate. When we called to ask him to do the work, he said it would be two weeks before he could get to it. A bit less than two weeks later, he called us and said he was ready, but he wanted to stop by and go over the job with us to make sure he understood exactly what we wanted done. He arrived on the date he was scheduled and spent two days performing the work. At the end of each day, he left the site clean. He hauled the brush away and someone who uses wood to heat his house came both nights to pick up the wood. Except for the sawdust, one wouldn't know that trees were ever there. It will be easy to seed, grow grass and mow. It was such a pleasant experience, I almost wish we had more trees we wanted removed. Highly recommend.
