Everything was truly outstanding in quality, professionalism, and service. The lead person is an excellent craftsman who is also an exceptional human being in the service component of his work: a good listener attuned to customer wishes and needs. He is also very busy and in high demand for obvious reasons, but it is well worth the wait for his services.

It was great! Mark was very professional and punctual and clearly knew his product and installation well. He cleaned up after the job and explained the process well. He brought in large samples of the different wood and stain options so I could them compare them at my house, which was great! He also is up to date on changes in the products available and brought in a finish that I hadn't seen before, it was matte finish with a property that would reduce pet scratches as the finish gave more grip to your foot so the pets wouldn't have to use their claws as much. I chose the finish and it has been awesome, it's not as shiny but it cleans well and hasn't had as much fading due to sunlight. Also, on the second coat of the polyurathane install my cat got out and left nice marks down the hall. Mark was very understanding and charged me only for the additional product needed to buff out the marks and put another coat of polyurathane finish. I love my new floor and would definately recommend this company!!
