Estimate was given one day after I called. It was a fair price and they did not try to give me a load of BS about the type and extent of repairs needed like another company did. Job was done well and to my satisfaction. The whole team communicated well with each other and we all made certain nothing was missed. Please note; I am a single, female senior citizen. This is the 3rd home I've owned and repaired myself. I really do appreciate finding honest, reliable workmen who do not take me for a sap with an open wallet.

John was very good about scheduling our appointment and answered all of my questions. He also returned my calls in a very prompt manner. The crew was very friendly and professional and did a fantastic job! They are very knowledgeable.

Very satisfied with the ease and efficiency of this repair. As we were selling our home, we needed to get our chimney repaired quickly. We got a call back almost immediately after leaving a message (during evening hours) and had someone out to quote the job with 48 hours. After authorizing the work, we were scheduled within one week for the work. Craig and another worker showed up promptly at our home for the service appointment, and had the liner installed in less than 30 minutes. They finished the exterior work efficiently, and completely cleaned up the dust and debris. The chimney now looks great with the much needed tuck pointing, and the color match on the mortar is spot on. Additionally the cap looks as good as new, and I'm sure will last for a long time for the new home owner. Our next home has a chimney, and should it need work we will not hesitate to give this company the work.

Jon is absolutely fantastic to work with.  He is a true partner and presented us several options on the house we sold to minimize the costs.  We enjoyed working with him so much that he was the first person we called to complete an inspection at a home we were purchasing and we then used him to complete the necessary repairs.  I would highly suggest Jon for any of your chimney needs.

Great--pleasure to deal with.

Hired Milwaukee Chimney & Room to fix a leak coming from my chimney into the house.  Contractor performed work, appeared to have fixed issue initially.  During heavy winds and rain, water seeped in subsequently (months after service). Called Jon Ossoinik, President, regarding the issue.  Jon assured he would come inspect/repair.  Never showed up.  Called a second time a couple month later.  Jon again stated he would come and inspect.  Never showed up.  Extremely disappointed now with having to find another contractor to fix the chimney leak. Excellent tidy service.  On time and very quick.  They also told us that we didn't need to clean every year, and that it's based on the amount of wood we burn, even though that meant we would use them less frequently.  That honesty means we'll have them back repeatedly.

They were on time, friendly, explained what they did and answered our questions. Very excellent value. Were very clean Provided exactly the service that was required and will use them in the future.

I use this service to clean my chimney. There are times they come out, and if it doesn't need cleaning, they tell me. No charge. My home was built in 1930's, and the damper no longer closed correctly. They were not able to do the work in the winter due to snow, but closed it, so it would not leak heat. They came out in spring, did a very professional job, and gave me a new crate to try out. If I like it, I will buy it, and I do like it.
I had also lost the metal cover to cover the hole in the fireplace where the ashes go. They gave me a metal cover at no charge.
They did a great job cleaning up, came on time, and were very professional to work with.

They were outside workers and they were fine. My husband never said anything negative about them. They were able to come right away and help out.

Josh was prompt, courteous and efficient. We would highly recommend his services. After completing the initial work, we found an outlet not working that was working prior to. He came back in a few days and fixed the problem at no charge.
