 + -1 moreHe has done work for 2 of my neighbors and they were very happy. I called him to get an estimate and he didn't return my call for 2 weeks. He said he had been sick, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I took a morning off of work to have him come to my condo and look at what I wanted done. He was about a half hour late, but, OK. He said he could do all of the work I wanted to have done. To date, he has not called me back with a bid. I consider that to be a strong sign of unreliability and I don't care how good his work is, if he is not reliable I will not hire him or recommend him to anyone else.
Description of Work: He came to my condo to bid on some work I wanted to have done -- Bath remodel and skylight.
