CALLED THEM TO SCHEDULE FURNACE TUNE UP AFTER WINTER SEASON HAD STARTED, CAME ON TIME, SERVICED IT, GAVE US A WRITTEN REPORT, AND FURNACE HAS BEEN WORKING FINE SINCE THEN.
