HANSEN'S REMODELING

For the most part, I was happy with them. They were flipping the house next door to me and that was how I knew about them but then I saw them on your site. There was just one thing. When they rebuilt my porch, there were a couple of boards that were higher than the others and they said that they would come out and fix it but of course I had to wait for them. But otherwise, they were a nice group of guys. They seemed to be very professional and I was impressed with the work that they were doing next door. They were hard workers and they did not let up. They were very friendly and their pricing was pretty fair but the boards were noticeable right away so to me, it should have been replaced right away. They had a lot of jobs going so it was a little difficult to get a hold of them sometimes but when they were working on my job, they were here on time. I possibly would use them again in the future although now that I have found another contractor, I would certainly lean towards him. They are not a bad company, it is just that the other contractor is better.

It was excellent. They are just great.

It went well. The crew worked steadily and were very accommodating to any changes I wanted to make.

Horrid. Never called back when I called. took a month to finish a "3 -4 day job". Had no idea how to pull a building permit. unreliable (never came when he said he would) "Over-slept" a meeting with the city building inspector ( that we showed up to) Had various vehicle problems. Should have run a check on him before hiring (a co worker of my wife recommended him, and it took pressure from her to make him finish the job).

Great experience. Proud of our house after all the work and still had money in our pocketbooks afterwards.

ALL PAINTERS WERE VERY POLITE and PROFESSIONAL. THEY ASKED QUESTIONS THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT, TO MAKE SURE THEY WOULD HAVE COMPLETE SATISFACTION. WE GET COMPLIMENTS ON ALL THE WORK FROM OUR FRIENDS!
