Girard's Service Center

They have been excellent and very good at advice as to when to do work for certain things. They do not try to do work that is not needed. They are respectful to me as a woman and are a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them.

Took my car in few months back for a knocking noise from the front end. They spent much time on it and eventually gave me some ideas on how to proceed as they could not pinpoint the problem. So we went a head and had some work done (busted engine mount replaced) but that did not fix the problem. So we left alone seeing the next thing is going to be more costly. A few months later I had my car in for an oil change and Jeff called me saying "I found it". That was great. so he told me of the cost and we let go since it was not in immediate need of fixing (tie rod bushing getting worn). So finally I took in today to fix the tie rod and I was told that an engine mount needed replacement and we agreed on the price. Later I was told that it was the same engine mount that was replaced by them earlier and now it had gotten worn out because the tie rod was banging against it . So they did replace it at no cost to me. I am thankful for them staying with the problem until they found it. But I am more thankful for their honesty. I really I appreciated that.

I called Girad's about an issue I was having with my vehicle and asked if they could take a look at it. I brought it in later that day, they took it for a drive to see if they could hear what I was hearing, in which they did. They explained what the problem was, and charged me $20, something that was never mentioned over the phone or in person. The price they quoted me was very high ended up bringing my vehicle somewhere else and they fixed the problem for almost $300 less. However I must say their staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. If it wasn't for their high pricing I probably would of used them.

I am impressed with their professionalism and honesty. They are not like some places that care more about making money than their customers. One of many examples, I thought I was due for a tire rotation, they checked my tread wear and informed me I did not need one yet. I think there are many other places that would've just done it to make the money instead of informing that one was not needed. Overall they are fantastic and I highly recommend them.

Girards is great.  I take all my cars there and will continue to do so.

Went in on Friday, with his recommendation, attempted to clean it first before replacement.  The part was beyond repair, so he replaced it the same day, as soon as he got the part in.  instead of staying there, he did provide a ride back to my house.  Contacted me at 5 pm to notify me it was complete.  When the check engine light came back on, contacted him, they told me to show up at their business, and they would fix everything up.

They could have lied to me easily and charged me 300 dollars for a PCV valve replacement but they were very hones and very responsive  excellent in all aspects.

Got ti to him on Thursday morning, they provided a lift back to my house since it was going to be at least one or two days. 
They were in contact with me on both days, they were not sure if they would have it back Friday morning or afternoon.

Went well. Took about 1.5 hrs for drive in service. Some confusion about their earned points system. Have been going there for years and will continue.

I took my 2006 Scion XA in to have the belts checked out.  The belts had starting squealing loudly in the morning when first started up.  It was really bad when colder than  20 degrees.  The car has 122,000 miles with the original belts still on the car.  I worked with Chad Girard who owns the business.  He took the car in and confirmed my thoughts.  Both the serpentine belt and the V-belt were replaced.  They were very busy but all the work was done under 2 hours white waiting.  I have worked with Girard's since 2009.  Chad and his crew do a great job.  Very thorough and very honest.  I can't say enough good things about them

I've only had oil changes from Girard's but have nothing but good things to say. They have a perks card to let you accumulate dollars spent to get money off on future purchases as well. They're always quick with their work and call you as soon as the work is complete so you're not waiting for your vehicle.

The reason I ended up going to them was because my starter went out and the car would not start. I have used them before and liked them. They did everything I wanted them to do in a timely manner. I dropped it off and they had it ready for me the next work day. They performed the service properly

Excellent service!  I have used Girard's service for greater than 8 years and have never had problems with them.  They are always very professional, work is done when expected, and they are very descriptive in letting me know what work was performed.

Girard's was excellent from the first phone call I made. They got me in right away, did the oil change immediately, checked out my car, let me know my options, and listened to my concerns . They explained what needed to be done to my exhaust system, were friendly, and accommodated my schedule. I brought in my car the next day and the exhaust was repaired within two hours.
From their interactions with me and other customers, it was very clear how Girard's cares about the people who use their services. We weren't just dollar signs to them; the owner and employees seemed to genuinely care about customers' safety, and about building a good relationship. I highly recommend them and will use Girard's for my auto needs while I'm in the area.
