Denise vacuums all floors, dusts, cleans the bathroom and kitchen every four weeks.

I have had a great experience with Denise--she comes every two weeks and is very communicative when she needs to cancel (it's a one woman shop, so vacations or holidays she will cancel a week here and there).  I had four different companies come in and her quote was comparable, but slightly lower than other companies ($85 for a biweekly schedule on a 3bed, 2bath, 2 dog household).  She does a very thorough job and is open to little extras or changes (I asked for a week focused on all of my windows instead of the usual clean and she was great about it).  If you are incredibly picky about your cleaning job, I will point out that little things get missed here and there (picture frames one week, tabletop the next week) but she is very receptive to my notes of 'hey, could you pay extra attention to this issue this week' and the overall clean each week is very thorough--my experience with bigger 'company' cleaners is that you can occasionally come home to find a subpar job done throughout the house and Denise has always clearly put in a lot of effort throughout the entire house.  Six months in, I am very happy and plan to continue with her indefinitely.

We have had at least three cleaning agencies prior to Denise.  She is by far the best.  She does exactly what we want without moving or misplacing or breaking things like we have had with prior cleaners.  She is friendly, trustworthy, reasonably priced, and wonderful.

Denise is on time, does her job well and is always open to suggestions, new products or a different way of doing things. I'm a very hands on person and I tend to change things up fairly regularly (whether trying out a new cleaning product, or doing a particular job a different way, etc.). Denise is a good listener and does her very best at all times. She is pleasant and, in my opinion, would be a good employee for anyone looking for a house cleaner.

I am very satisfied. She always asks if there is anything in particular that I would like her to do. She is very pleasant and always has a smile on her face. She is very adaptable. She is very thorough and prompt and always does a good job.

She is a very nice person.   She comes twice a month.  She is punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.  She does a very good job at cleaning.  She is the only one to come clean.

Denise is great--she is very professional and very skilled at what she does. I love coming home after she's been here--I think she cleans messes and dirt that I don't even see! For the level of care and attention and skill she brings to the job, it's totally worth the money. Very, very highly recommended.

I was looking for someone to help clean my Mother's house after her back surgery in March. I set her up with a few interviews and estimates with some companies that I found on Angie's list. She decided to go with Denise and Class Act Cleaning over a larger company as they couldn't guarantee the same person/persons would be cleaning each week and she wanted some consistency.
Denise has done a great job so far! My Mom raves about how good of a job she does (and she is picky when it comes to the cleanliness of the house), she is always on time and will stay until the job is done. Denise is trustworthy and she feels comfortable having her in her home. Also, she is willing to take on extra projects. She did a spring cleaning of washing all the windows, and did a great job with that as well. 
I'm glad we found Denise, so does a great job!

Denise began cleaning for me in July of 2013 when I had to be off my feet for a lengthy period due to surgery.  I could no longer clean my own house and needed help.  One of the most important things to me is that Denis takes care of her business, she is insured, returns calls quickly, gives accurate quotes and estimates, and always makes sure that I am satisfied.
We have a busy household that includes lots of pets - 3 cats and 2 dogs.  That means a lot of hair and high traffic.
Denis does a great job.  We have a regular cleaning routine that she does bi-weekly that includes our hardest used areas including the kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and the Master Bedroom.  I do have her do some heavier duty cleaning on a rotational basis, (like baseboard and crown moldings, etc).  if I have extra heavy use in some areas of the house, or we have had an illness, or I am having company she helps tackle those additional items as needed.  Denise even takes the time to clean things the way I prefer to have things cleaned, there are some products I just insist on using or the ways I like having my hard wood floors cleaned.  I know with the pets we spend more time on floor cleaning and dusting.The most important part to me is the hair is gone.
Denise is prompt and courteous, and has really helped us out over the past 6+ months. 
Once I recovered  and got back on my feet - I made sure one thing that did not change, and that was Denise's housekeeping.  I really appreciate her and the work she does.
I would highly recommend her to my friends and family members.

Denise did a great job. But even more important to me, she went out of her way to help me out of a crunch. I think she is a person who cares and that sets her apart.

It is a pleasure to see Denis walk into my home!  She is friendly and pleasant, always on time, and gets right to work.  On her first visit, Denise inquired about my cleaning preferences and was more than willing to follow my wishes even when it meant doing a two step process to clean our wood floors.  I can trust Denise to consistently do her best.

When Denise first started with us about six months ago, we left her a proposed alternating schedules and some "do's and don'ts," because we have pets that are cared for by another Angie's List provider, while we are away at work.  While there are some reminders from time to time regarding the schedule and to remember to close doors behind her, we can always count on her work to VERY GOOD!
Denise is prompt and spends time on the items we request that she concentrate on every other week. Because it is a very big house and our budget only allows for her services every other week, an alternating schedule, works best. 

Denise has cleaned our house monthly for about 4 months so far, and we plan to continue with her.
She does an excellent job. She is approachable, responsive, and responsible. She shows up when she says she will. If we would like something done that is not routine, we only need to ask her to take care of it.
We like the fact that she is a sole proprieter and that she is the only one in our home. This is in contrast to a cleaning service we had employed.
We are pleased to have Denise working with us.

When looking for cleaning services I called several people for estimates. Denise was responsive (some didn't even return my initial phone call!) and offered to come over and provide an estimate that weekend. On her initial visit she was timely and very friendly. We went over many details, including what services she provides and our expectations. She was also able to work around our unique schedule and provide her services every other week which I was particularly grateful for because I had already had another house cleaner tell me she could not meet our scheduling needs. She quoted a reasonable price, provided references, and got started two days later.

Denise has cleaned our house three times now and we are very happy with her work. She's timely, spends a reasonable amount of time doing the work (three hours which seems commensurate with the job) and leaves everything looking so much nicer than when she came. We are not home when she "works her magic" so she has said to leave a note if we have any requests or feedback. While there's been no need to do so yet I appreciate that she's open to feedback.

Because we are inviting someone into our house when we're not there I appreciate that Denise does all of the work herself and there is not a rotating crew of people going in and out. She also uses her own cleaning supplies which relives me of worrying about having enough on hand for her.

I have already recommended her to several of my friends and family, even those not considering housecleaning services, because of what a great job she does and the time she frees up for me and my family.

She is excellent. She is reliable, helpful, works well with my wife whom she has been assisting. She has been doing a great job.

I was having issues with my last cleaning person and ended up checking Angies List in December 2011 to see what house keeping services were available. I called three people on Angies list. One person and I played phone tag, another person informed me in no uncertain terms she was way too busy and if I wanted to I could call back in January, and the third person I called was Denise. I stopped playing phone tag with the first person, didn't like the attitude of the second person, and after talking to Denise, made an appointment for her to come over to give me an estimate.

Denise came in during the last week of December and we went over everything I wanted done. I asked her to use my cleaning products for the time being and showed her where I stored them. She then gave me an estimate of what it would cost to clean my apartment. I agreed to the price based on the size of my apartment and how long it would take to clean it. We set up a date for her to clean in January. She came in for the first time at the end of January 2012. I was very pleased with her cleaning and she used the products I asked her to. Finally, no chemical smell in my kitchen sink!

Denise will clean my apartment once a month and if possible I'll have her in every two or three weeks in the future. I am very happy with her and her ability to clean well! She is a pleasant, on time person with a kind, quiet personality which I appreciate.

Contacted Denise on August 28th. Our call was returned right away. We booked our first day; Denise was on time and did a great job. We started off with a 2 times a month plan but Denise did such a good job we've gone to 4 times a month!

She is dependable and pleasant.  She does a good job.
