 + -1 moreIt was a referral from a septic system service provider. We were told he would be at our location in the afternoon and did not show up until the evening. He did not finish his evaluation so he said he would be back in the morning and he would call prior to arrival. We received no call and he did not show up; we called the office to find out the status. We received no callback regarding the status. After 3 contact attempts with his office we finally received a call at 11:30 am. He then recommended to get an electrician instead of him doing the work.
Description of Work: The service was supposed to be getting our water and pump fixed.
