I had requested service to downgrade an electric range outlet due to switching to a gas range.  The electrician was very responsive in answering and returning calls and his quote seemed reasonable. I arranged a date and time for him to come out and do the work, but that came and went and he neither showed nor returned my call.  I had to scramble to get another electrician lined up and was overall very disappointed with this experience.

They did an amazing job. They do very clean and quick work. They are not the cheapest, but it is worth it. The guy showed up when he said he would, and started and ended when he said he would. There was a lot of drilling involved, but there was no mess left behind.

We added a deck and patio to our backyard. Our landscaper recommended putting outdoor high-wires underground. This proved to be a wonderful asthetic improvement. It required an electrician to do wiring and connection upgrades from the meter into the house. If you are considering putting overhead wires underground, know that the utlitiy also has a cost for its part of the work. A follow-up project was to remodel part of our basement into a media / office / music studio. On the underground wire project, Rich worked within the utility's schedule. Reconnecting, updating, and rebuilding or reorganizing the fuse panel was a blessing. Rich was professional and did not need to critique our existing layout which included some creative DIY wiring by the home's previous owner. On the basement remodel, I had such trust in Rich that I did not feel a need for an itemized estimate. He asked the right questions, listened, and offered suggestions. On the same day as the appointment to discuss the project (mid-January), he started it! After we completed wall plastering, he returned to complete his finish work. We are very pleased with Rich's work and pleasant professionalism. I give B's (meets expectation) on price for all contracts that are reasonable. Rich's work met or exceeded code with potential future needs in mind. We were flexible, and January/February are typically a quiet time for contractors and we found Yurchak's schedule flexible.

Rich is very personable and his prices are incredibly affordable. He is very flexible with his schedule. I will continue to use him in the future. I have recommended him to many people.
