I called Lori to get a quote on cleaning my apt. We set a tentative date of Wednesday to have her come and view it. I attempted to contact her back on Tuesday to confirm Wednesday and got no response. I left her a message and got no response. She never did return my calls. Glad I didn't hire her. Obviously she is not professional. If she did not want to clean an apt, she could have called back and said no. Would not recommend someone who isn't even reliable enough to return a phone call.
