KS Pool Tech came out the same day I called for help with my pool heater. I called at 11:00 and they were out to my house by 3:30. It was the day before a holiday so I was lucky to call KS. The gentlement was efficient and switched out the broken part. i was very happy with his work. I definitely would use KS Pool Tech again.

Fixed the problems created by another service technician and suggested other items requiring service. I was very pleased with their responsiveness, quality of their work and professionalism. I will be using KS Pool Tech for my pool opening and closing and future service requirements.

See previous question.....these are professionals who do what you ask them to do....let you know exactly what needs to be done and charge a reasonable fee. I have used them for a number of years and wouldn't think of changing providers.

Skimmer broke after years of use. Not sure if fixable but KS pool techs replaced skimmer, return, and placed a new gauge on filter that has been broke for many years now. Everything is working better than ever.
