B & J Plumbing

This provider is very convenient to anyone living north of Green Bay which is why I selected him.  I was fairly happy with the provider up until the last time I used him when he was simply replacing a shower cartridge.  I had used him several times and for many years before and felt the invoice for the work was reasonable.  He is very knowledgeable and does good work.  He is friendly and professional.  However, the last time he offered me a discount to pay in cash and I felt the overall bill was very high considering the work that was performed.  I should have gotten an estimate from him before having him do the work but had never felt the need to do that before.  I have since found another plumber that I will use in the future.

As stated above(in the wrong place)  we have  used the services of B&J Plumbing several times for big and small jobs, but each one was important for the comfort of my family.
Brian was always on time and knew exactly what to do to fix the problem.  I never had to wait, days, for service nor reschedule.
I hope I don't have any more problems but when I do I know who to call to fix the problem.

Brian does a great job. He is very personable and is a very nice man. The owner is independent and is very quick; I was able to get him there on a very timely schedule. He showed up on time and cleans up after himself. I definitely will use this company again in the future.
