Outstanding is the only word that could describe this experience. Jason Zurn (owner) was a pleasure to deal with from the estimate at our home all the way through the installation.
Jason was the only provider to supply an estimate that actually took the time to review the entire project including checking the floor joist from the basement to see what kind of support we had. Our original intention was to use glazed ceramic tile in three rooms and two hallways, Jason did the calculations on square footage and the weight of the ceramic tile would have been too much for the joists in our floors. Again he was the only one to go to the extent to see if the floors would handle what we had in mind.
Jason was very helpful with the different options we had with the Duraceramic and carpeting, insuring we had quality materials that were within our budget......and he showed up with his crew to do the install!!!! Zurn saved us a ton of money and potential headache and we now have beautiful floors in our home that will last for years to come.
If you are in the market for new flooring anywhere near Slinger, I highly recommend contacting Zurn's, you will not be disappointed.
