I called Steve in the morning, having gotten his name off Angie's List, and I left a message. We have a gravel road that goes back to our driveway, and it was one huge sheet of ice. Steve got back to me immediately, suggested that he mix sand with the salt to provide better traction, gave me a very fair estimate and got the job done the same morning. Within a couple of hours, the road was not only driveable; it was walkable. I was VERY pleasantly surprised with Steve's professionalism -- he covered those portions of the road that needed it and left alone those parts that were already ice-free, thus keeping the cost down. I had obtained a number of bids, and his was both fair and accurate. I'll definitely ask him to come again the next time we need help.

Steve and his crew started the job right on time. They made sure they understood what we wanted the yard to look like and they answered all our questions. Steve kept us updated on their progress and when he expected to be finished. The whole project took less than one week. They were extremely professional and friendly.
