Cherry Creek Mortgage

This company is horrible!!! Never use them. They did nothing but play games with us and waste our time. Instead of being organized and asking for all the information they needed from us up front, they would ask for things one day and then ask for a ton of other things the next. We wasted lots of money faxing things to them. Their communication is very poor. They don't answer your questions but just leave you hanging. Their inability to answer questions and lack of organizational skills shows incompetence and ignorance on their part. Not to mention that is leaves you wondering about how reputable a company they are. They showed us an "Initial Fees Worksheet" with prices that were way above industry standards. The loan officer we had was very unprofessional. Instead of listening to you she would just rehearse a script. She was very juvenile and childish, if you asked her questions that she would have to go outside her script for, she would get very frustrated and play the victim card. What was also very questionable was that she hooked us up with some whack job up north by the name of Susie who was supposed to fix a credit problem for us for $195. Well I listen to Clark Howard and I have heard that such operations are scams. This person sent out a letter to the credit bureaus for us with the wrong SS# and address on it. When I brought this to Suzies attention she went off on me like a drunk in a bar. When I called Cherry Creek Mortgage about the disturbing behavior of the party they recommended, they just made excuses for her?? This raised a big red flag for us. What did this say about the professionalim and judgement of Cheer Creek to reccomend such a person, but then not be alarmed by the behavior??? Scary!! They claim that they want to build relationships with their clients, when all they do is build distrust and disgust in their clients. There is no follow up and make promises to you that don't keep. We are not first time home owners, we have brought homes and refinanced atleast 5 times between us. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE experienced such ignorance, rudeness and incompetence from a mortgage company. After many weeks wasted in this bad experience we had to drop them. They were not worth it.
