Went to the store and purchased a TV using the knowledge they provided based on our needs.  I needed it delivered and installed quickly due to a party I was having (Packer Party).  They worked the next day on a Sunday morning to get it taken care of for us.  Fabulous.  In addition to the installation they also provided me with the details of using the TV, remotes, and other available features so that I would not have any problems when my guests came.  I'm not very teckee.

They offer tv's and appliances.  I've been using them for years.  I've purchased a dishwasher, refrigerator, and a flat screen tv from them.  I will continue using them in the future.

They were great. There were no issues. They were courteous, they were professional, their prices were great and they were prompt. I would definitely continue to use them. They fixed what was wrong. They did it quickly and expediently. I will use their services again in the future.

Front Loader washer not working- would not even trun on. Refrigerator had been leaking for quite some time and former repairmen unable to fix. The washer needed a new igniter and was fixed in a very short time. The service tech knew exactly what kept the fridge leaking and fixed it-without any expensive parts. He was personable and professional

It went better than well, because the delivery person listened carefully and read between the lines...he suggested a short way of circumventing a problem I had in that the washer and dryer doors were going to be on the wrong sides from each other on account of previous wiring, plumbing and venting in the wall. He said there was nothing to it, and went to the truck to get a few items to do it. It cost very little to have them do it, as compared with hundreds I had been quoted to move all the wires and open up the wall and repatch and repaint it.....wow!!! That was a narrow escape! Thanks, guys!.

We give Bergmann a grade of A. No high-pressure from the salesman in the store. They had the model dishwasher that we wanted (researched first from Consumer Reports magazine). They accommodated our schedule for installation. Installers appeared on time, and were very pleasant and efficient. Very good experience all around, especially since we had just had a very unpleasant experience with Borth-Wilson about a week earlier regarding a disposal that they had installed about a year ago.
