Excellent 1st visit by Susan, she's meticulous in details and planning. We visited their shop to select/borrow samples and got good advice from Susan on colors, grain, wood type, etc. Installer Brian was their employee and he is a true craftsman, did an outstanding job. The job took 8 days but each day he cleaned up & straightened up the work area. We put plastic painting tarps in two doorways to keep the dust down and that worked well.
The new floors are beautiful!
