He fixed the pressure by flipping a few switches on the breaker, like we had done, but for some reason when he did it, it worked. Said, "no charge." I forced him to take some gas money. Gave us the name of a well drill company in case there was something else that needed to be done later. Extremely satisfied. Very honest and reliable. Hard to find, these days.

Everything went very well. From the first walk-through to give the estimate to the actual work done, Father and Son could NOT have been more pleasant and professional to deal with!!! They were clear, neat, professional, very responsive. A pleasure to work with!

The water heater at our rental property decided to stop working the day our new tenants moved in. My husband tried to figure out the problem but was unsuccessful. He noticed there was water under the tank, the insulation was wet, and it very rusty which was surprising because the unit was only 5-6 years old.
We called Lakecrest Plumbing at 7:30 PM on Wednesday evening, expecting to hear back the next morning; however, Brett called back at 8:50 PM and arrived at 9:05 PM to make sure the unit was safe. The next day, Brett investigate the warranty on the unit and was able to get us a replacement. Our only cost was his labor. By Friday the unit was installed and the renters had hot water again.
Brett Singleton is a true professional. His friendly manner and true concern for our safety speaks well of Lakecrest Plumbing. We definitely will keep Lakecrest Plumbing's phone number handy if we should ever have plumbing problems again ... at our personal home or rental property.
